Alison was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania and moved to the Nashville area while in high school. She fell in love with Murfreesboro while attending MTSU and decided to make it her permanent home. She earned a teaching degree and then advanced degrees in counseling and school psychology from MTSU. She worked for Murfreesboro City Schools in various roles for over 30 years before retiring in 2017.

Alison met her husband Chip while at MTSU and they have been married for 34 years. Their son and his wife live in Huntsville, Alabama. Alison enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and swimming. She easily transferred her skills of relationship building, task completion, and problem solving to her career in real estate. Her core values of honesty, loyalty, and dependability are evident in her life and work. She loves to work with sellers and buyers serving and coaching them from start to completion and beyond with their real estate needs.
